Is A Painless Small Bump On The Wrist Self Healing?

Hi, I have a small bump on the top of my wrist at about the lunate joint. It's about the size of the head on a framing nail and it's been there for about a week. I noticed it after doing some dumbell bench presses, a workout I just added to my routine. I did not notice any pain during the workout and the lump does not hurt. Just wondering if I should be resting my hand until this thing goes away, if it is going to go away
