Is A Painless, Squishy Blood-filled Lump On My Inner Buttock That I Drained With A Needle Still A Cause For Concern?

I ve had this noticeable spherical, very squishy, lump on a the inner buttcheck, not close enough to be a hemorrhoid, although I already have those and definitely think this isn t one from past experience. One spot of skin was significantly thinner and was normally blue, so I rightfully assumed it was a blood bubble. Tonight it was purple and the blood seemed closer to the surface. So I used a clean needle and poked it. A LOT of blood came out, but most of it seemed clotted, very jelly like. It has never hurt, didn t hurt poking and draining it, and still doesn t hurt now. Is it still something I should be concerned about? Thank you!
