Is A Pimple Around Penis A Symptom Of STD?

I'm a 28yr old healthy male. I had unprotected sexual contact (oral) with a female whose sexual history I do not know.
After this I felt a slight tingling sensation near my urethra which subsided after 3-4 days. I have a general feeling of tirednesss. I dont havr a fever but ny body temperature is slightly lower(96.6F).
There has not been any discharge from my penis and I do not have any sores near genitals, anus or any other part of my body. No rashes also on lips hands or any other part.
There is one pimple near my penis and in between my genitals and thigh. I was travelling in south Asia at the time of contact. I suspected this pimple was due to the humid conditions.
Also at this time I had a boil on my cheek due to a skin infection and was on a prescribed course of Azithromycin.
Is this a sign of a infection I.e. an STI?
