Is A Small Round Pill With 15 On One Side

Is a small round pill with 15 on one side and m on the other just percocet with out the tylenol? I just got new meds and I am not sure if they gave me the right thing because I used to take 10/325 perocet. I was also told that if the 15 was not taking away the pain to take a tylenol with it is the same as what I was taking but a bit stronger. I am nervous changing meds. I take for back and leg pain after being hit by Semi head on yrs ago. Sorry for spelling errors.
