Is A Small Scar At The Back Of Right Eye With Strain In Eye A Cause For Concern?

Hi, i got refeared to local eye hospital after having a site test, they found a small scar at the back of my right eye. Befor my site test my eye felt like it was straining and half shutting. Hospital say its nothing of concern. However today ive had the same symptons again but abit more intense, is it cause for concern? Thanx .
