Is A Smear Test Result Of CIN3 Due To Mirena?

Hi, I have a question.Not long ago I finish with my mirena and short after that I got a smear test. The result is CIN3. Is it possible that I got this problem because of the Mirena and what this means I have a beginning stadium of cancer? Next month I have to go again to the hospital and I don't know what to aspect. Can you tell me more about this?
