Is A Steroid Injection Needed For Coccyx Area Lumps With Pain?

i have delivered my son 2 months before after my delivery i have coccyx pain after 30 days of my delivery i met one ortho. he suggest to take xray i took that in that report he told some water lumps is inside there.so i give some tablet if pain is not cured u come we will go for steriod injuction. but some of them told its not advisable.now my doubt is coccyx pain after delivery is curable or not ? and steriod is advisable or not? shall i go for that steriod?
