i am female 39 and i am losing weight. my husband and i started weight watchers. I am 5'9'' and weight 279. I am going to loose about 100 pounds. What i am worried about is my Vagina. what will happen. I dont have any excess skin now. will i need to have surgery once i lose the weight?
