Is Abdominal Cramping And Bloating Normal After Surgical Abortion?

I had a surgical abortion yesterday; I was 5 weeks pregnant. The doctor said that she was unable to see the tissue. She told me to come back on Friday to draw blood to check my hormone levels. I have been experienceing a lot of cramping and heavy bloating. I am having a hard time passing gas as well. Is the cramping and heavy bloating normal? And do I need to be concerned that she did not see any tissue because I was so early in the pregancy? I m afraid to go through the procedure again.
