Is Abdominal Pain A Matter Of Concern After Using Boric Acid Suppositories For Vaginal Odor?

Hi, I have been dealing with terrible vaginal odor for a few weeks. I then started to have a pale yellowish discharge. I started taking AZO and boric acid suppositories. I’ve taken the suppositories for a few days and then stopped because it seemed to be getting better. I noticed the odor again today and inserted a boric acid suppository around 4 p.m. It is a few hours later and I just started having cramps in my lower abdomen. I typically insert the boric acid suppositories before I go to sleep but today I inserted it during the day. Is this normal to have abdominal pain? What do you suggest I do?
