Is Abnormal Discharge Related With Fatigue, Limbs Pain And Nausea?

i have been suffering for 5 weeks from severe fatigue, aching limbs, headaches, ear ache, nausea and im not sure if it is linked but abnormal discharge... i have had blood tests to check for glandular fever which came back negative...any advice will be gratefully received.
