Is Accidental Intake Of Valsartan Hctz A Cause For Concern?

I take losartan/hct 100-12.5mg tab lip I take 9:30am I accidentally took 3 of my husbands valsartan-hctz ,I thought they were papaya I started chewing them they tasted awful I spit them out at the most I spit out a lot I m not sure that I swallowed any. I m checking blood pressure and it s good. So I m taking blood pressure often . YYYY@YYYY
