Is Accidental Swallowing Of Piece Of Plastic A Cause For Concern?

Hi, I accidently swallowed a plastic piece that is inside a bottle of inner health plus capsules. this happened friday morning, phoned my local chemist and they said it would be okay it wasnt dangerous. That I would pass it. How long will it take to pas it? Sharon
