Is Acral Lentiginous Melanoma, Related With Bruises On Toes?

For 6 months now I have had what looks like Bruising underneath a few of my toes... It has spread from toe to toe. Currently it is affected both my big toes and my middle toe on my right foot. The colours are purple and yellow... I just got results back from the doctors that clear me of any fungal infection. I am scared because I do not know what this is. It has spread for 6 months. It has disapperared and then reappeared... Could this be something life threatening? I have looked at Acral Lentiginous Malnoma as a possiblitly? Please help me.
