Is Acupuncture Wristband Effective In Relieving For Motion Sickness?

Dr Weil has recommended an acupuncture wristband for motion sickness while travelling at sea. Could I purchase this from him? I am 64 years old, on no medications except allergy shots and allegra. For the past 8 years I have continually had head inflammation, causing ear problems and head pressure. I will be at sea for 5 days and I can honestly say I am not looking forward to it.
