Is Air Travel Safe While Suffering From Hypothyroidism And High Blood Pressure?

what problems may arise during long flight trips because of my thyroid condition I Take Oroxine 100 mg daily.(Hypothyroidism) i am 66 yrs,female,and also am on blood pressure meds for high b/p. i am also on ventolin for my asthma, i also have bad varicose veins in both legs.
