Is Alcohol Intake Advisable For Person With High Fatty Liver?

Hello sir, I av been tested positive for hepatitis b, the doctor said the virus has not started replicating yes. No symptoms or any sickness. I did a couple of test and afterwards, I have been prescribed livolin and rosuvastatin due to high fatty liver and one other thing. I drink and smoke and I fear for contraindications. Really I know I have to stop drinking and I have minimised it and gradually getting there. Is it still safe? Please advise Tony
