Is An HIV Test Conclusive Six Months Post Exposure?

In d month of sept 2013 I had unprotected oral sex with a guy who's sexual history was unknown to me. I was d giver n d receiver also. After 6 months in march 2014 (approx 195 days later) I had a hiv test (I'm not sure about the method used) n d result was non reactive. Should I consider this as accurate as I don't want to go thru the stress of getting tested again. I'm a girl from Mumbai ,India.
