Is An Air Bubble Formation Dangerous On An Injured Finger?

i resontly hurt my finger it turned black and blue under the nail and now a few days later after a little blood draining it still leaks clear liquid but now there is an air bubble that seems to be getting bigger under neith it and i was wondering if i should be worried about that? should i be worried about it falling off?
