Is An Early Pregnancy With No Abnormalities In The Uterus, Ovaries, Or Bladder A Normal Finding?

Urinary bladder; is well distended with urine and demonstrates uniform echo pattern. No bladder mass, calculus or polyps seen. Uterus; normal size anteverted uterus with AP diameter of 5.3cm. The myometrium is regular and emits normal homogeneous echo texture. Endometrial thickness is 15mm. Ovaries are normal in sizes and structures. Adnexa are bilaterally free. No fibrin or cyst seen. There is no fluid collection in the pouch of douglas. Doctors assessment; Early cyesis less than 6 weeks Repeat scan in 2-3 weeks to confirm viability
