Is Anechoic Cyst In The Over A Curable Condition?

i just had my ultasound and the result on my left ovary has a thin walled anechoic cyst measure 4.2 x 4.4 x 3.9 cms..how bad it is?is it curable on medicine?...before i got my ultrasound had a severe pain on my lower abdomen the whole day yesterday now it lessen a bit...i'll have my check up tomorow to read the result but can't wait to know the result thats why i consulted here..thanks
