Is Angiography Advisable When Having High Heartbeats?

hi,i am a patient of mi , dia of my artery were 8mm , which were little bit bigger than a normal patient. I had done my angioplasty on 7th feb 2015 , same day thrombosis cause in ectatic vessel , mid 100% with throbus. thromosuction done with thromboster on 7th feb late night at 3.30. then after few days , on 19th of feb I was fall down due to hypotension and after that heart rythem was disturb , it moves up to 176 (heart beat). but it was controlled by medicine , then another time angiography was done on 21 feb ,previously setteled stants were blocked in that angiography , dr suggest don t go with angioplasty again it will be risk ful. right now iam on medicine, I had done my homocystine report which is 65 (normal range is 5.46 to 16.20. will u suggest what are the precaution should I have to take and what are the best medicine for me . thanking you .
