Is Anti Rabies Vaccine Advised When Injured By A Dog?

Hello, i was petting a dog that had not received anti rabies. I was watching television while doing so, the moment i looked away from the dog, she snarled and tried to bite my right hand that was on her head. Her teeth made impact with the left part of my wrist. There was no wound or broken skin or whatsoever, just a small red bulge that hurts when i apply pressure to it. I am used to this since my own dog (she has anti rabies) used to do this only when we play but i am worried since the dog doesn t have anti rabies. Ps. My sister experienced the same thing a few days ago with the same dog. She said she didn t have any wounds and was just like mine Should i be worried or will i be okay? Do i need to take vaccines? I hope not though. Thank you.
