Is Anxiety And Depression Related To Costochondritis?

Hi, my daughter has been bulimic for about seven years now. She also suffers from anxiety and depression. She has recently been diagnosed with costochondritas. She has been checked out thoroughly by a cardiologist and all is fine with her heart. Is there any relation between the two and do you think that anti-anxiety medication would be helpful?
