Is Apple Cider Vinegar Effective In Unblocking The Fallopian Tubes?

Hi Doc I have read that apple Cider Vinegar can help to unblock fallopian tube, how true is that and if so what are the dosage or how should it be used? also are there any home do it yourself remedy for uterine fibroids? I have also seen a few medication for sale on some sites that are pretty expensive - I would rather not go that route. I awaits your response, Thanks much
