Is Bed Rest And Progesterone The Right Treatment For A Small Perisac Collection Found At 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hello, my wife is almost 8 weeks pregnant now. We got the first scan around 7weeks and 3 days of pregnancy. However, the report shows that the baby is fine but a small perisac collection measuring (1.5x0.6cm) is mentioned in the report. Doctor has suggested bed rest and progesterone tablet. Please let me if we are following the right thing.
