Is Black Colored Vulva With History Of Having Breast Cancer Normal?

I am a woman 51 years of age. I have had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy 5 years ago. I had a pap smear this year already and it was normal. My vulva used to be light pink it is almost black colored now, is this normal or could it be cancer?
