Is Bleeding After Ear Wax Removal Normal For Patients On Blood Thinners?

Where can I get statistics on bleeding after ear wax removal for patients on blood thinners to let my patients not this is a risk and how to address it? We use Oxymetazoline in our office but 1 lady is causing a big stink after her father had some bleeding that was stopped thinking her father is the only one this had ever happened to. He blood apparently wad so thin even his PCP removed hom from his aspirin temporarily to help the problem. Thanks for any assistance.
