Is Bleeding And Discharge Normal After A Double Fistulotomy?

i had a double fistulotomy on 1/7/15- how long can I expect recovery time to be- i have been back to the dr.- and she tightened the cable/ strings- I went back 2 weeks later and another dr. in the practice said he did not beleive in the tightening process- so what is up- normal bleeding and discharge- but for how long- cannot get an answer from my drs.
