Is Bleeding Heavily Only For A Day Post Abortion Normal?

Hi doctor, I was just over 17weeks pregnant and had an abortion. On the first day I bled normally however after that I have hardly bled, it has only been very very tiny bit & I feel no pain at all I feel perfectly fine. Is this normal? And also I have developed swelling around the lips of my vagina, how long will this last?
