Is Bleeding In Intervals Post Hysterectomy A Cause For Concern?

I have had a hysterectomy about 6 to 7 years back. However lately I am noticing a little bleeding (very little and I dont even need a pad) occasionally. This happens after long intervals of 4 to 5 weeks. Is that a cause for concern? Should I see my GP?
