Is Bleeding Normal While On Mirena Coil?

I am in my late 40s and had a Mirena coil fitted 3 years ago. After a couple of months I had no periods at all and have had no problems. The coil is still in place, but i have had a light bleed over the last few days. Is this normal or should I worry?
