Is Blood Pressure Medication Advisable For Person With Heart Disease?

hi. I was diagnosed with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation and had a history of stroke. I always monitor my blood pressure and heart rate. So far, I noticed my blood pressure ranges from systolic 110-119 and diastolic 60-79. Am i still advisable to take the Concor tab once a day? ALso my heart rate is kinda low, it ranges from 55-59 bpm.
