Is Bright Red Bleeding With Clots And Slight Cervical Pain After Rough Vaginal Sex A Cause For Concern?

After (vaginal) sex last night I had some bright red bleeding that was somewhat heavy with clots. I’m 32 years old female with no reproductive issues. I’ve had 3 vaginal deliveries, currently breastfeeding, not on birth control, with regular periods. I have regular Pap smears and just had one in May that was negative. I’m not suppose to start my menstrual cycle until next week. We did have somewhat rough sex with the position we were in. I may have had slight pain during but didn’t realize it until afterwards. The pain seems more cervical than uterine cramping. It’s been almost 24 hours and the bleeding has almost completely cleared up. I’ve never experienced this before and it’s starting to worrying me!
