Is Brown Vaginal Discharge Normal While Having UTI?

is brown discharge normal with uti? i had a uti, my first ever, right around Christmas. went to doctor, had a urine test and it came back positive. went on an antibiotic for seven days, but beginning to have lower back pain and brown discharge. could this be related to uti?
