Is Bump A Week After Getting Hit Between Temple And Forehead Normal?

I got hit in the head on my left side, between temple and forehead, on a large blood vessel, large goose egg for the first day, now there is a marble size "bump" under the skin where this occured anything to be alarmed about. This happened 8 days ago.
