Is Bumps On Throat A Side Effect Of Ramipril?

I have been on Ramipril for about 4 mths now and was just treated for a sinus infection with drainage about a month ago... I cant tell if I have drainage still... I feel like I have little bumps causing a prickling sensation in my throat with bouts of coughing.. is this possibily from the ramipril ?
