Is Canker Sore In Throat A Symptom Of STD?

I had unprotected sex with a girl last week and received a canker sore on the back of my throat. I also hit my throat in the same spot where the canker sore appeared, however I have been worried this is the cause of something else. Is a canker sore the cause of something more severe like STD or HIV?
