Is Chemotherapy Advisable For Lesion In Liver?

I was diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer in 2012 and it metastasized to lungs and brain. I went through chemotherapy and also whole brain radiation therapy. Then, I was on Arimidex. After that stopped responding, I was on Afinitor/Aromasin for 3 months. Recently, the scans showed that there is a lesion in my liver so, my doctor decided for chemotherapy again with Abraxen/Avastin/Gemzar. Recently, I got my immigration visa for America and it is only for 2 months. I have to be in America before 16 March 2015. There are 6 cycles for my chemo every 3 weeks. I can take two cycles here and then go to America. Is it possible for me to continue my treatment there and get insurance and everything in the 3 weeks' time? Can you tell me how I should go about it?
