Is Chest Pain Post Being On Steroids For Bronchitis A Cause For Concern?

heart rate of 126, with bronchitis, i am on steroids and comoixiclav have had a few nose bleeds so dose was lowered (steroid nasal spray was stopped). but now am having a tiny bit of chest pain. been on steroids for 22 days as i had two bouts of bronchitis.. should i be worried / doing anything?
