Is Chloroprene The Same Thing As CHG (chlorhexidine Gluconate)?

Thank you, Doctor. I am a surg tech student. I assisted in a stoma closure , and I do not know what diagnostic procdueres were taken for this healthy young man ( about 30 y/o, and not a weight problem). The stoma was and ileoastomy. I need to wright thie case up, but I have s couple of questions that I hope you can help me with. 1) being, is "Chloropre" the same thing as CHG (chlorhexidine gluconate)? The last skin prep before draping the pt. Already removed all adhesive material, and Betadine to the moon kfor the stoma and prximal area. 2) What dianostics would have determined that it is now time to restore the stoma and let him loose?
