Is Chronic Anxiety And Panic Disorder Life Threatening?

I m a 19 year old female with generalized anxiety and panic disorder. I ve been to the doctor numerous times in which I m told I m healthy. I m going to counselling for my anxiety and I ve been doing generally well, but a thought I ve been hooked on this week is how scared I am that my anxiety can harm me. I have no family history of anything. So my question is can my constant feelings of anxiety and my panic attacks hurt me/kill me?? Example: give me a heart attack. I can t stop thinking about it and it really traps me in the vicious cycle of fear.
