Is Circumcision Advisable For Having Intercourse With Sensations?

Hi, it's an issue with my penis, I have been keeping the foreskin retracted for some time now as I prefer it, I also feel during sexual intercourse I am having sex inside my foreksin and missing out on sensation. Is it advisable to seek a circumcision?
