Is Circumcision Necessary Due To Foreskin Tightening And Stretching?

hi Doctor, is circumcism necessary. my foreskin is stretched back if i pull it when my penis is erect. it is not automatically stretched back when the penis starts erection. it is to be hold back the front gland which tightens my penis a little and is little uncomfortable. kindly advice me .
