Is Cleaning With Water And Applying TBact For A White Layer Under My Foreskin Correct, Given That It Got Stuck When I Tried Pulling It Back?

Hi Doctor, I have. a white layer deposited when the doctor pulled back my foreskin. I have never pulled back my foreskin my entire life to clean it. Now the doctor has asked me to clean it everyday with running water and apply TBact for a couple of days. Few days back, when I pulled it back, it got stuck and I had to visit my doctor to pull it back. Can you please confirm if this is the right treatment?
