Is Clear, Glue Like Discharge In The Lips Of Vagina Normal?

Hi, I keep finding clear glue like discharge in the lips of my vagina. Is it normal? Also I had two periods last month within two weeks of each other. The first one came on the 16th and it was light and lasted for two days. The second one came on the 27th and it was normal. Is this normal also?
