Is Coffee Intake Safe Post Occlusion Of Left Anterior Coronary Artery?

My husband had occlusion of the Left Anterior Descending coronary artery, coded, and had placement of a stent. He s 61 and had a family history - tho not this young. He has new meds keeping his BP down and his pulse below/about 60. He has always drank about 3+ cups of coffee and has resumed so - is this alright? He s abruptly adjusted his diet to perfection with respect to sugar, carbs, fats, etc....
