Is Coming Off Iron Supplement Safe If There Are No Periods?

I had the Novasure procedure in May - very happy with it so far - I have always taken an iron supplement in my multi vitamin pack - since I'm not bleeding anymore, should I stop the iron, even though I'm technically not in menopause yet? Thank you.
