Is Conceiving Before The Surgery For Fibroid And Cyst Advisable?

I have a cyst and a fibroid, and I was told by my doctor to try to get pregnant first before she operates because I might bleed to much and she might have to do a hysterctomy, and she gave me a number to a fertility doctor...is it going to be hard to get pregnant?
