Is Conception Possible After Taking Akt-4 For Six Months?

Hello Doctor,

I have been trying for 2nd since 3yrs.underwent laproscopy 5months back for endometriosis.Tissue sample was sent for culture and report states mycobacterium other than tuberculosis (Mott)complex grown in 5 th week.My doctor said medication not required .I showed my reports to other gynaecologist she prescribed Akt4 for 6 months.Iam confused what to do.will i be able to conceive if i dont take medication.
